It's a pawn piece (obviously!). This post is just to ponder a question: when you have a secret as part of the story, that is part of a characters motivation, do you reveal to the reader what that secret is before you reveal it to the other characters, or is the revelation done at once so everyone is equally shocked (or not) at the same time? Hmmmm.
